So this is what I did.

My heart rate was up.
I was burning calories.
I was sweaty.
My legs and arms were jello afterwards.
It was just awesome.

No teacups on for those shoulders?? :) So I'm LOVING your blog! K I just started doing yoga and pilates(my new trainer said I needed to be doing yoga once a week...he must have noticed my lack of flexibility:). Do you have any thoughts on yoga and pilates? I've never done either because running and strength training entertains me 100 times more! Could you maybe do a post on the benefits of yoga and pilates??
